Description Following the vein of Portland-based artist Wynde Dyer’s work in the area of architecture and memory, For Sale By Owner: 1751 Easy St., features a 1/3-sized scaled replica of the artist’s childhood home. A process-based piece unfolding over the course of the exhibit, the installation utilizes the lost art of traditional wooden lath construction with horse hair and lime-based plastering to create a breathing and self-healing structure that is simultaneously permeable by and impervious to internal and external elements.
