Description Viande de Brousse (a bushmeat food cart) is a small food cart that superficially resembles a peripatetic roadside attraction of Sub-Saharan Africa. In urban centers throughout the region, and indeed throughout the less-developed world, enterprising individuals can generate a living with little more than a pot, some supplies, and a few raw ingredients - all transported within a simple wooden framework. A small cooking range, a folding counter, and a tarpaulin are assembled together to make a self-contained mobile bistro for cooking simple dishes. The food cart is built and decorated in functional and festive style; however, it serves an unorthodox and unsettling food item: the hands of our fellow primates. www.viandedebrousse.com
