In _____ Loves Me, _____ Loves Me Not, four artists (Kayleigh Nelson, Ashley Cluver, Shannon Willis, Manny Reyes) illustrate the liminal space via the presence and absence of the confines of the corporeal. The self, society and biology all play integral roles in informing our desires but are we in control of them or do they control us?
Statement The space between desire and desirability can be emotionally tenuous, especially when it's not a reciprocated feeling. In "_____ Loves Me, _____ Loves Me Not" part 2, six artists illustrate the liminal space within the confines of desire.
